►All Arbitrators bill for time spent on pre-hearing study, hearing time and opinion preparation. You will be billed after the arbitration for pre-hearing study and opinion preparation.
► If opinions are requested, they will be billed at the above rate.
► All Arbitrators will arbitrate in any geographical area. Travel expenses are charged separately.
► There is a $250/per party administrative fee.
► Arbitration Awards/Opinions are not distributed until all fees are paid in full. This includes any additional monies requested by the Arbitrator for preparation and/or opinions.
► Burdin Mediations has the following cancellation fee policy: 100% of the invoiced fee for any cancellation within 10 business days of the scheduled arbitration date. 75% of the invoiced fee for any cancellation within 11-15 business days of the scheduled arbitration date.
